Election
Today in front of the station in the Big City, people massing to listen to the Communist Party candidate. This was pleasing.
More pleasing was the Sanseitō (far-right) truck on the other side of the road, packing up. About all big parties were making speeches of distributing tracts around the same location. I think I also passed the infamous Mrs Lawrence. We locked gazes.
That Communists can make speeches not 20m from far-right supporters in the calm will always amaze my west-Euro's ass.
There were cops, too.
