Menstrual leave
France parliament is discussing introduction of menstrual leave. I will acknowledge the discrimination and privacy issues against women and uterus equipped folks it raises, and then specifically address the "unfair" feeling of some men.
Our initiative "Le Congé Couilles" (the "Balls Leave") is a simple, elegant and deeply satisfactory solution.
Every 28 days, our Couilles Operators will visit your workplace and kick men in the balls, opening right to 1 days of "Congé Couilles" for those who felt discriminated against.
